About this site

The purpose of this site is to provide you with all of the information that you may need in considering whether to participate in a research study. The study is supported by SurvivorsUK and is being conducted by me, Amy Obradovic (she/her) as part of the fulfilment of my doctoral degree at Canterbury Christ Church University. The study is supervised by Dr Louise Goodbody, Joint Clinical Director at the Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology, and Dr Michael Toze, Lecturer in Public Health and experienced researcher in the field of healthcare for trans service-users. It is hoped that the study’s findings will improve levels of support and care for trans survivors within both mainstream and specialist services.
